Most kettle corn items ship within 1-2 business days. Your kettle corn order
will be shipped fresh the same day it is popped. Shipments take from 1-5
days with most averaging 2-3 days. You will receive notification via email
with your shipping tracking number.
J&J Kettle Korn, LLC uses only the finest ingredients with no preservatives
or hydrogenated oils. Our delicious kettle corn stays fresh in the individually
sealed bags for about 12 days from the date of shipment. Once a bag is
opened it will stay fresh for about a week.
In the rare event an item is back ordered we will contact you usually within
24 hours, Mon-Fri with the latest availability.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
J&J Kettle Korn, LLC takes care in packing your items to protect against
damages. We recommend that you select shipping insurance for your gift
tins. Selecting the insurance allows you to file a claim with USPS on line at
www.usps.com should your item be damaged in transit. J&J Kettle Korn,
LLC is not responsible for items damaged in transit. Customers not
choosing shipping insurance at the time of purchase do so understanding
that they accept full responsibility for the condition of the item and waive all
rights to file a claim with J&J Kettle Korn, LLC and the USPS.
